NATIVES VILLA, a uniquely natural concept is a development of Foundavilla Estates Limited. The concept is driven by the following seasoned personnel supported by a team of consultants:

Professor O.J Eze-Uzomaka is a graduate of Civil Engineering from the University of Newscastle- upon-Tyne, England, and holds a PhD from the same University. A fellow of the Nigeria Academy of Engineers, he has published extensively on civil engineering materials and geotechnical engineering.

He has held several important positions, including Head, Civil Engineering Department; Dean Faculty of Engineering; and Dean, School of Postgraduate Studies – all at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka – and Rector, Federal Polythecnic, Owerri. A specialist consultant to many local, national and international organisations, he is also a guest lecturer to the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Nigeria. He is Chairman of Foundavilla Estates Limited, developers of Natives Villa.

Ikenna Eze-Uzomaka is a Chartered accountant, former banker and a successful entrepreneur. He is a seasoned investment guru and funds manager. He is a private property investor and represents the various investors interests in the Natives Villa Scheme. He is the Chief Executive officer of Foundavilla Estates Limited.

Mr. Dayo Adeola, a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria specializing in company and commercial law practice, real estate and investment advisory services with valuable experience garnered over 19 years of private practice. He is senior partner Adeola & Adeola’s Chambers and a director of Westwood Housing Resource Ltd.

He is a seasoned property investor with vast experience in real estate packaging, development, acquisition, sales/marketing, consulting, and brokerage, amongst others. He has successfully managed land filling (handled by Julius Berger) of over hundred hectares with estimated value of land running into several billions of Naira in the Lekki axis of Lagos. He was a director of a heavy duty machinery and equipment leasing company in relation to construction and property development.

He wrote the nationwide template for public private partnership investment in housing Scheme for some statutory bodies in Nigeria and he is consultant to the multi-billion Police barracks re-development project, as a director of Afri-Luck Nigeria Limited. He consults for the Eko Hotel Cooperative Housing scheme.

His experience and reliability brought him on board the Natives Villa Scheme.
